Jack Wickens launched AthleteBiz in 2014 and has served on the Board of the USATF Foundation since 2006. Both organizations are dedicated to the success of elite Track & Field athletes as athletes, as role models and as individuals. Jack’s business career included senior executive positions at UnitedHealth Group and at Prudential. He sees a fairly straight line from his experiences and “lessons learned” as a competitive runner to his business leadership accomplishments and personal life fulfillment.

Bob Fleshner is the YourNextSuccess program leader for AthleteBiz. He is the founder and President of EPICOACH and is a Professional Certified Executive Coach. He brings to the table decades of multi-disciplinary experience and skill development, realized as an entrepreneur, a road race director and as a Fortune 500 company executive. He applies a deep understanding of business as well as human nature to help his clients undertake a journey of self-discovery, which, in turn, helps them to unlock their potential.

Aaron Cattell joined AthleteBiz in 2013. Since that time he has worked with athletes to develop various tools and programs, focusing on both individual and overall platform enhancements for the off-the-track experience. Aaron has nearly a decade of experience in various Human Resources roles and functions, working in both small and large organizations. He holds an MBA from William and Mary, had previously earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Lauryn Williams is a highly respected and credentialed financial planning expert, who, as a 4X Olympian with gold and silver medals to her name, has earned a deep understanding of how athletes tick. Lauryn is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), College Student Loan Advisor (CSLP) and an MBA.
Kacey Gibson
Lead Sports Psychologist

Kacey Gibson is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) who earned All-American status as a cross country runner for Florida State University. Kacey uses her past sport experiences as a guiding force in her sport psychology consulting services.
Kai Laird

Kai Laird is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Kai has experience in a variety of clinical roles and is currently the program director of Integrative Health at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex.
